1. Admission and Enrollment

1.1 Admission to Science Hub Academy is subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

1.2 The admission process includes an entrance test, counseling session, and document verification.

1.3 Submission of application form does not guarantee admission.

2. Fee Structure and Payment

2.1 All fees are payable in advance for each term/quarter as specified in the fee structure.

2.2 Fees once paid are non-refundable except under circumstances mentioned in our refund policy.

2.3 Late payment of fees may attract a penalty as specified by the management.

2.4 We accept payments through multiple channels including Razorpay for online transactions.

3. Academic Policies

3.1 Students are expected to maintain minimum attendance of 75% in each subject.

3.2 Regular assessments and examinations are mandatory for all students.

3.3 Academic progress reports will be shared with parents/guardians periodically.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Students must maintain discipline and decorum within the academy premises.

4.2 Any form of bullying, ragging, or misconduct will lead to strict disciplinary action.

4.3 Students are expected to respect faculty members and fellow students.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Student and parent data is kept confidential and used only for academic purposes.

5.3 We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information.

6. Online Payments via Razorpay

6.1 All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway.

6.2 We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.

6.3 Payment transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of Razorpay.

6.4 In case of failed transactions, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

7. Cancellation and Withdrawal

7.1 Admission cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

7.2 Refund for cancellation will be processed as per our refund policy.

7.3 The academy reserves the right to cancel admission for disciplinary reasons.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1 Science Hub Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.

8.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8.3 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
