Please read this refund policy carefully before making any payments. By proceeding with payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Science Hub Academy follows a fair and transparent refund policy for all fee payments.

1.2 Refund requests are processed under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.

1.3 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the academy administration.

2. Admission Fee Refund

3. Razorpay Payment Refunds

3.1 For online payments processed through Razorpay, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

3.2 Refund processing time for online payments is typically 7-10 working days.

3.3 In case of failed transactions where payment was deducted but enrollment not confirmed, automatic refund will be initiated within 24 hours.

3.4 For duplicate payments, refund will be processed after verification within 5-7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Components

The following components are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Admission/Registration fee
  • Processing charges
  • Examination fee (once paid)
  • Transportation fee (if service has been utilized)
  • Any customized study material provided

5. Special Circumstances

Medical Grounds: Full refund of tuition fee (minus non-refundable components) with valid medical certificate for long-term treatment.

Relocation: 75% refund of tuition fee with proof of relocation.

Academic Dismissal: No refund will be provided if admission is terminated due to disciplinary reasons.

6. Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Written Request

Submit a written refund request with supporting documents to the administration office.

Step 2: Verification

Administration verifies the request and supporting documents (3-5 working days).

Step 3: Approval

Refund approved by concerned authority and amount calculated.

Step 4: Processing

Refund processed through accounts department (online/offline as per original payment method).

Step 5: Confirmation

Refund confirmation sent to applicant via email/SMS.

7. Cancellation of Admission

7.1 Admission cancellation must be requested in writing by parent/guardian.

7.2 All outstanding dues must be cleared before refund processing.

7.3 Academy property (ID cards, books, etc.) must be returned in good condition.
